In my role at the NHS I have worked with clients experiencing many varied psychological conditions and with people from many walks of life, communities and cultures. Some of these clients have been experiencing extremely difficult personal situations at the most acute end of mental health services.

Seeing and assisting these situations has brought forward a deep understanding of the potentials of human function.

Since I began Coaching privately I have assisted a broad range of individuals. From students at secondary schools and universities to business owners, athletes, tradesmen, chief executives, shopkeepers, solicitors, soldiers and people unemployed. My experience and training have shown that the principles of Psychology which I abide by and continue to develop are intuitive and applicable to many (if not all!) situations.

It is pleasing, and also encouraging, to see how well the approaches that I share are supported by client success.

The Process

In coming to reading this, it is possible that there is already a need for considering Psychology support for yourself or others around you. This process helps you to take the steps required....

  1. CHOOSE

    The first thing to do is to choose that yes, it is now time to crack this! …. or not. But if there is a reason that you have gotten to reading this then I would encourage you to get in touch. I’m always happy to discuss anything and to give you an initial insight into how things may be able to go for you.

  2. ARRANGE

    Following discussing anything that you wish to, and me happily answering any questions that you may have, we can then arrange to begin 🙂

  3. COME ALONG

    You come along, relax in, be glad to have started the process. Then we explore the possibilities for addressing and assisting, relieving or improving the situation. Getting a handle on things is often a pleasing thing which clients are very glad for 🙂

  4. REVIEW

    From the very first session we review how things are and how you see that things could be. There are no set amount of sessions or block booking. We assess what is required and how you wish to go about it on your terms. From having learned what you have learned within sessions we then take it from there, and I continue to assist you along the way.
