Identity Data >> This may include your first name, maiden name, last name, username, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.

Contact Data >> This may include your delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Technical Data >> This may include your login data, internet protocol addresses, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this site.

Anything not mentioned here that you may add in the enquiry/question fields on any of the contact/enquiry forms on our website will not be processed unless relevant to your enquiry. Any sensitive data added will be immediately deleted. (See next section for what sensitive data is)

We will not intentionally collect any Sensitive Data about you from our general enquiry and contact forms, if we do receive any from these it will be removed as soon as the data is viewed.

If you do leave feedback after a Coaching or an I.E.M.T session then these forms may include you passing on or talking about sensitive data. We are collecting this data in compliance with Article 6 and Article 9 of the GDPR.

6. HOW WE CAPTURE / COLLECT YOUR DATA

 

Your data will be collected when using one of our website forms to set up an appointment or make an enquiry, consent will be required by checking a box which will show your legitimate interests in my services and that you have read this policy. Also data is collected when someone contacts us through social media.

 

4.HOW WE WILL USE YOUR DATA

 

We will use your data to process and respond to your enquiry/questions or anything that is relevant to the information filled in on any of our website forms. Data may be used for marketing or informing of services which may be of interest to you. In choosing to opt in to this privacy policy you are agreeing to this. Your rights as stated at the end of this policy remain unaffected by this.

5.HOW YOUR DATA WILL BE STORED

 

Your data will be stored as it comes through to the submitting email address: jm@jamesmarquis.co.uk This data will be protected through email host’s security encryption protocols, and not shared with any 3rd Party, unless directly agreed by yourself.

Information from Feedback Forms is extracted and stored securely on business hardware, which is protected and not shared with any 3rd Parties. This information may only be used for marketing, or case study purposes, where agreed prior.

 

7.DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

It is not our intention to share your personal data with any 3rd Parties, unless it is required for specified or legal purposes. You will be consulted prior to any possible sharing of data, for your known consent.

 

7.DATA SECURITY

 

We have put security measures in place to ensure that your data is stored securely, by us and any 3rd parties should your data need to be passed on.

We will also limit the access to your personal data by any 3rd party if they don’t need to access everything that is stored based on the nature of the work and their involvement. They will only process your personal data on our instruction and will uphold confidentiality based on agreements between us and all of our 3rd parties.

Data Breach

If a data breach is to happen we have put in place a procedure that will be followed which includes notifying you at the closest possible time to us finding out about the breach.

 

8.DATA RETENTION

 

Data may be retained for up to 7 years, in accordance with the policies of our Insurers (Oxygen Insurance). These guidelines are laid out by our Insurers in order to comply with possible legal or complainant requests.
